Quality Level vs. Satisfaction Level on Orders

Workers often ask: What’s the difference in these two numbers?

Quality level is the level at which an order was placed. It determines who can see the order. For example, if an order was placed at a Quality of 3 and open, then workers with a 3 star and up quality level can see it.

Satisfaction level is the rating that a client or admin gives you on an order.

Please note that for managed content orders we don’t at this time give ratings, so not getting a rating doesn’t mean that admins didn’t feel your work was satisfactory.
