Have you completed any orders with the client? If not, it probably means that you have been soft blocked.
That means that you will only be allowed to claim and complete a certain number of orders at first for that client. Once those are completed, the soft block will be lifted.
The number of orders you can complete before the soft block goes into place depends on the client, but on average it is less than five orders.
If you haven’t completed five or more orders for any client, then you will probably run up against any soft blocks for that client.
