Marketplace vs Managed Content

Some writing companies run their business as a marketplace, while others provide an enterprise solution for larger clients. At Crowd Content, we do both.

In the Marketplace, clients place orders directly onto our platform. When workers communicate, it’s directly with the client via the in-task messaging system. The clients also review the work, accept or reject it and rate it.

On the Managed Content side of the business – also known as our Enterprise services – clients work with members of our Project Management team. The PMs are responsible for creating instructions, assembling teams and accepting or rejecting orders. They then deliver the completed work to the clients.
