How to Drop an Order

Here is a step-by-step guide on how to drop an in-progress order on Crowd Content.

1. Select the order you wish to drop

   
   Click on the blue title of your order to access it. 

   
2. Open the “Options” Menue on the right side of the editor

   
   Once you’ve opened the order you wish to drop, use the “Options” menu.
   
   

3. Select the “Drop” option

   
   Click on the drop option to remove the order from your queue.
   
   *NOTE: If you drop an order after 30minutes you will recieve a strike
   
   

4. Confirm or Cancel

   A confirmation window will pop up asking if you’re sure you want to drop the order.
   
   When dropping an order you will lose any in-progress work and the order will be unavailable to you for 30minutes
