Client Chat Feature

The messaging system makes it easy to communicate directly with clients.

To use the messaging system, you need to have an order that has a status if “Being Written”, “Being Edited”, “Ready”, or “Completed”.

Click on the order in your Crowd Content account. There will be a small grey box in the bottom right corner of the screen with your order ID and Title.

Simply click on this tab, type a message, and click Enter. The message will be sent directly to the client.

We strongly recommend that all workers be responsive, courteous and respectful when communicating with clients.

Please keep in mind that using the chat feature does not guarantee a response from your client.

If you do not hear back from the client please contact support.

  1. Go to the “My Work” Tab.

2. Click on the order title.

3. Click on the grey box in the bottom right corner of the screen.

4. Message directly with the client.
