Is My Writer Working On My Order?

There are a couple of indicators to see the progress being made on your order.

The Dashboard
The dashboard is the activity stream of your content creation process.
When a writer claims your order and has started working on it, you can track the progress here.

Notifications
The bell icon in your account opens up your 5 most recent order notifications.
Once open you can also use the “Notification Center” button at the bottom of the tray to see all of your order notifications.

The Content Tab
The content tab is where you have the most control in managing your orders.
On the left side of this page, you will see filtering options for all of your order statuses.

Progress Bar
On the Content tab if an order is in progress you will usually see a progress bar with a percentage. This is calculated based on how many words a writer has written (up to the max word count).

It is important to note that some writers choose to write their orders off of the platform in word or in google docs.

If your deadline is approaching and you see an “NA” or “0%” on the progress bar you can check in with your writer using that chat.

Chat With Your Writer
Chatting with your writer is ALWAYS encouraged. Staying in close communication helps to build a working relationship and can help keep projects on track.
