- Click on the green Create Order from anywhere in your account.
- Navigate to the bottom of the order form
- Select “Yes” Under Advanced Options
- Navigate to the Layout drop-down menu
- Select the layout you’d like to use
- When you’re ready, confirm your order details and place your order
