To use the Crowd Content platform you have to preload funds into your account. If you have not ordered content from us after 12 consecutive months, your remaining balance will expire.
If you have recently come back to your account and your account balance is showing as $0.00, please check your billing history.
- Use the drop down menu on the top right hand side of your screen.
Navigate to your profile picture, you should see a small arrow on the right side. Clicking on that will open a drop-down menu.
- Click on “Billing History”.
In the drop-down menu, you should see an option to access your billing history.
- Check billing history to see if credits have expiered
If any credits in your account have expired you should see a transaction called “Account Credits Expired – Contact Crowd Contnet to restore expired credits”. This will typically be the most recent transaction on your account.
- Filter if necessary
If you don’t see an “Account Credits Expired” notice in your account you can use the filter system to double-check.
- Contact Support
If you do have expired credits, simply email support or get in touch with your customer success manager and we will reissue your credits.
