Expired Credits and How to Have Them Restored

To use the Crowd Content platform you have to preload funds into your account. If you have not ordered content from us after 12 consecutive months, your remaining balance will expire.

If you have recently come back to your account and your account balance is showing as $0.00, please check your billing history.

  1. Use the roll-out menu on the top left-hand side of your screen.

  2. Click on “Billing History”.

You should see an option to access your billing history.

  3. Check billing history to see if credits have expired

If any credits in your account have expired you should see a transaction called “Account Credits Expired – Contact Crowd Content to restore expired credits”. This will typically be the most recent transaction on your account.

  4. Filter if necessary

If you don’t see an “Account Credits Expired” notice in your account you can use the filter system to double-check.

  5. Contact Support

If you do have expired credits, simply email support or get in touch with your customer success manager and we will reissue your credits.
