As our Director of Content Creation, you’ll lead a team of Editorial Content Managers, and be responsible for delighting our customers by ensuring our content creation process delivers beyond expectation as we scale the business.


  • Act as a member of our leadership team, and collaborate with other Directors, and Executives to help shape our business strategy.
  • Leading our team of Editorial Content Managers (5), and reviewing all content, articles, and copy for accuracy and appropriateness as per client expectations.
  • Reviewing and owning our Editorial Guidelines to ensure the content our team produces is on brand and in the appropriate voice of our customers.
  • Managing the departmental budget and the financial aspects of our Content Delivery team, which is expected to deliver $7.5 – $10 MM in the 2021 fiscal year.
  • Attracting, hiring, and getting the best out of the Editorial Content Management team, which includes setting goals, providing feedback, coaching to success, and engaging the team in general.
  • Setting the pace of the team, and finding ways to improve our processes so we can consistently drive additional revenue, faster.

Job requirements


  • At least 10 years of experience working in the content space, with a keen focus on editing and approving written content at scale.
  • Proven leadership capability, a history of operational excellence, and the ability to attract, hire and get the best out of “A+” talent.
  • A Bachelor’s degree in Communications, English, or Journalism, and a solid foundation in Digital Marketing.
  • An entrepreneurial mindset that prioritizes customer outcomes.
  • The ability to take a 10,000-foot view of the business to identify new market opportunities, and innovative ways to improve our processes and delivery.
  • Tech savviness, and the ability to leverage new technology to improve our efficiency.
