As the account manager for Enterprise/high-volume accounts, you’ll work with our highest-value customers, helping them achieve their goals by providing unparalleled customer service and managing the account to increase usage and revenue. You’ll work with our Content Managers and Strategists to suggest solutions within Crowd Content’s portfolio of services to help customers grow.

  • Be the the lead point of contact with clients in your portfolio for all account management issues
  • Set regular touch-base meetings with clients to gather feedback and explore opportunities to provide additional services to the client
  • Help customers develop and monitor annual or project budgets 
  • Renew/renegotiate contracts when they expire
  • Monitor client billing at the end of each billing cycle 
  • Explore and develop new business opportunities with existing clients
  • Clearly communicate the progress of accounts to the internal management team
  • Prepare reports on account status as needed
  • Identify risks around your client portfolio and develop mitigation plans
  • Provide feedback to internal teams based on feedback gathered from the customers


  • Proven work experience as an Account Manager, Key Account Manager or Sales Account Manager 
  • Proven ability to communicate, present and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization, including executive and C-level
  • Proven organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Experience providing exceptional customer service
  • Solid experience with CRM software (e.g. Podio, InfusionSoft, or HubSpot) and MS Office (particularly MS Excel and Powerpoint)
  • Experience delivering client-focused solutions to customer needs
  • Experience working with remote teams preferred
